MILLVILLE – A Columbia County man is facing burglary charges after swiping underwear from a neighbor’s home. 20-year-old John Thomas Green was caught leaving a home on Legion Road at 10:00 a.m. Thursday.
The homeowner returned as Green was walking out of her house with two pair of underwear and three bras. Green admitted to taking the items and was arraigned before district judge Doug Brewer charged with felony burglary and a misdemeanor theft. He was released on $1,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 28.
