WILLIAMSPORT – NorthcentralPA.com is reporting… Williamsport, Pa. — A man confronted a mother and son while holding a kitchen knife Friday afternoon, police said. Keith David King, 63, brandished the weapon as he threatened the pair at a home on Linn Street, Agent Christopher Salisbury said. Witnesses claimed King said, “You’re dead” and “I’ll get you” as he held the knife, Salisbury added.
The argument started when King accused the woman of infidelity, according to the report. King pushed the woman’s son before a fight broke out inside the home, Salisbury wrote. Both accusers left the house and went to a relative’s home on Linn Street. A short time later, King confronted them with the knife, according to Salisbury.
King allegedly went back to his home and put the knife back into a kitchen drawer. Investigators discovered a broken chair in the house as they searched for the knife, according to the report. King is being charged with two counts each of simple assault and terroristic threats. No bail was listed for King, who is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on Jan. 23.
