UPDATE: Traffic back to normal delays in Northumberland. A truck was blocking part of an intersection earlier today leading to long delays. All clear now, with the usual delays.
NORTHUMBERLAND — Traffic is backed up going Northbound on Route 147, and both directions on Route 11 heading in and out of Northumberland. A flat-bed truck had an accident at the intersection of King St and Water St. and is reported to be on the sidewalk.
