NORTHUMBERLAND– A Northumberland County police agency is collecting toys this holiday season. The Northumberland Police Department is holding their Martin E. Concini, Jr. Memorial Toy Drive right now. They have drop-off locations at the First National Bank, Priestly-Forsyth Library, Pineknotter Brewing, Surplus Outlet, and the borough office or police station.
