US Cong. candidate Denny Wolff outlines case for 9th District

SUNBURY – Democratic candidate running for the 9th district US Congress, Denny Wolff, was on WKOK On The Mark recently stating his case ahead of the mid-term elections in November.

Wolff, a dairy farmer and former PA Agriculture Secretary, says the 9th district wants a man like him speaking for them, “We’re meeting with people that are really encouraged by someone from the real world that’s running for public office. I think they’re tired of people that are looking out for the wealthy and the powerful. They’re looking for somebody that’s willing to work for a living; someone that shares their rural values.”

Wolff, who ran Pen-Col Dairy and has raised his five children, says he received an ‘A’ rating from the NRA with regards to gun rights. As a life-long deer hunter, he advocates strongly for responsible gun ownership, “I think we need to enforce the rules we have on the books, and then see where we’re at. I think we need to make sure we have a system that clearly identifies people that have a mental illness, people that have a criminal record, and people that have PFA’s against them.”
