SHAMOKIN – A Lewisburg man is facing multiple charges for an accident earlier this month on Route 61 in Shamokin Township, Northumberland County. State police say 40-year-old Matthew Reed is charged with two counts of DUI, hit and run, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless and reckless driving and other counts.
Troopers say Reed had a blood alcohol content of .192 and marijuana in his system when he was involved in a hit and run accident March 4.
