MONTOURSVILLE- Plan for single-lane traffic beginning next week in Bloomsburg. Work will begin on the expansion dams on the Route 11 bridge covering Fishing Creek between the Route 42 ramps in Bloomsburg.
Traffic will be condensed to a single lane in both directions during the day.
