NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY – Allow yourself extra time if using the Veterans Memorial Bridge Wednesday. There will be lane restrictions Wednesday in both directions on Route 61 between Sunbury and Shamokin Dam. Traffic will be reduced to a single lane so two light standards can be replaced. Work is expected to be done between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
