UPDATE: PennDOT has postponed work until Friday.
NORTHUMBERLAND – You may want to allow extra time if driving through Northumberland Thursday as excavation work is set to take place on a busy section of King Street. PennDOT says a lane restriction will be in effect on King Street from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
That’ll take place between Water Street and the Priestley Bridge to Packer Island. Delays are expected.
