Slow Down on I-80, Body Found, Autopsy, Body Identified Montour County

 UPDATE: MILTON — Officails say they have identified the body that was found at Creek Road in Liberty Township Montour County Friday Afternoon

The Montour County Coroner’s Office, the autopsy was complete on Saturday on the male body.

Officials say the male was identified as 19-year-old Kevin Cragle from the Williamsport Area.

The Montour County Coroner notes the manner of death was homicide

One of the lanes of Interstate 80 was blocked Friday afternoon after a body was found near the highway in Montour County. State troopers and other investigators were near mile marker 216. The body was reportedly found on Creek Road, there were reports it was thrown from a vehicle on the Interstate.

The Montour County Coroner says an autopsy will take place Saturday on the male body he is not identifying.
In an area near Follmer Road, Mexico Road and Creek Road, police say traffic was restricted. That is near the Montour/Northumberland County line, not far from Limestoneville.

TURBOT TOWNSHIP, NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY – Motorists are advised of a right (driving) lane restriction on Interstate 80 eastbound between mile marker 215 (Limestoneville Exit) and mile marker 217 in Turbot Township, Northumberland County, due to police activity.

There’s also police activity at the intersection of Creek and Mexico Road in Montour County, according to the Union County Fire Wire.

Montour County Coroner Scott Lynn says he was called to the scene but cannot release anymore details at this time.

Motorists are urged to drive with caution in those areas.
