COLUMBIA COUNTY – Delays are building along I-80 east in Columbia County as PennDOT says a shoulder reconstruction project has backed up traffic about 2.5 miles due to a lane restriction from mile marker 236.5 and 237.5.
There were other backups on I-80 following a crash between two tractor-trailers with injuries around mile marker 220 earlier in the day in Liberty Township, Montour County, but that has been cleared.
