ELYSBURG — Despite the current cold weather, Knoebels Amusement Resort is preparing for its 89th season with a job fair this weekend. Knoebels is looking to hire 600 to 800 new and replacement team members for the 2015 season.
Anyone interested in joining Knoebels’ seasonal team needs to stop by the job fair between 10:00a.m. and 1:00p.m. to meet with representatives, fill out applications and schedule interviews. Most available positions will be in the food service, ride operations, game operations, gift shops, ground maintenance, recycling, ticket sales, pool staff and lifeguard areas.
The job fair is Saturday at the Elysburg Fire Company Hall on East Mill Street. Knoebels is primarily seeking team members aged 16 and older, but there are a limited number of positions available for workers aged 14 and 15. (Codi Jade)
