GENEVA (AP) – A State Department spokesman says Secretary of State John Kerry has broken his leg in a bicycle crash in France today and was helicoptered to a Swiss hospital in stable condition. He had been in Geneva for Iran nuclear talks and planned stops this week in Madrid and Paris. He has called off the rest of his trip, which was to include a Paris conference on the isalmic State group. Kerry often takes his bike with him on the plane.
