MILTON – Milton state police have identified a suspect after using someone’s lost EBT card. Milton troopers say a woman reported to them at 8 a.m. Monday morning she lost her EBT card at a gas station in Delaware Township, Northumberland County. Later that day the suspect used that card at the Weis Markets in Milton. No other details are known at this time.
