MILTON — A Hughesville woman was arrested and charged with not reporting the repeated rape of a young girl. 37-year-old Cynthia Kibler is accused of knowing her husband, 38-year-old Dennis Kibler Jr., was raping a child over a three year period in Lewis Township.
Cynthia Kibler was arraigned and sent to Snyder County Prison on $250,000. Dennis Kibler Jr. was charged over the summer with rape of a child and multiple other counts. He remains jailed in the Snyder County Prison. Police say Cynthia was not only aware of the sexual abuse, but was also in the room during some of the assaults. (Ali Stevens)
