MILTON – Five volunteer fire companies were called to a house fire Monday morning in Milton. The fire started at 4:12 a.m. at a home in the 500 block of Lincoln Street.
One person living in the home was treated for smoke inhalation, but was not transported to a hospital. Everyone else got out safely.
Milton, Watsontown, Lewisburg, New Columbia and Turbot Township responded and were still on the scene an hour later. We will bring you more information as it becomes available. (Ali Stevens)
