LEWISBURG – A groundbreaking ceremony will be held this Thursday for the new Lewisburg Area High School project. The event will be at 6 p.m. at 545 Newman Road, the site of the new school.
Shuttle bus transportation will be provided to the site from Kelly Elementary School starting at 5:15 and returning after the ceremony. The 30-minute ceremony will be followed by a reception in the Kelly school gymnasium. The $36-million school is projected to be in use by fall 2016. (Ali Stevens)
