NEW COLUMBIA – Two elementary schools in the Milton School District have received a grant for instructional resource rooms. Jennifer Berry-Probst, principal at White Deer and Montandon Elementary Schools applied for the Wahl Grant from the National Association of Elementary School Principals.
The $2,000 award will be shared between the two schools to develop resource rooms that will support and enhance the PA Core Curriculum instruction.
The Wahl Foundation created the grant as a way to reward elementary schools that approach a challenge with a creative solution.
