DANVILLE — A senior executive at Geisinger Health System is retiring. Nancy Rizzo, Geisinger senior vice president, Strategic Clinical Market Development, and principal, Advisory Services at xG Health Solutions will retire at the end of August.
Rizzo was a founding member of the Geisinger Consulting Group from 2006-2012, prior to the group’s transition to xG Health Solutions in February 2013. She has also served as senior vice president of operations for the north central region, as well as senior vice president and chief administrative officer.
Locally, Rizzo was chairman of the Danville Red Cross from 2005-2007. She serves on the board of directors of Maria Joseph Manor, SUNCOM, and the Susquehanna Valley Chorale, and is a member of the capital campaign committee for Transitions. (Jennifer Wakeman)
