SUNBURY – A man highlighted on the Northumberland County sheriff’s office billboard is behind bars in Pennsylvania again. 29-year-old Jason Russell was apprehended near Baltimore, Maryland in September.
Russell was released on $1 nominal bail in 2014 after not being brought to trial in 180 days. Following his release, Russell failed to appear for a pre-trial conference. Court records show Russell faces more than 25 felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and criminal conspiracy.
