FREEBURG — A Freeburg man is accused of assaulting another man in the borough early Monday morning. State police say 36-year-old Scott Hosterman was arguing with another man and punched him several times in the face.
He is also accused of putting the man in a choke hold. Hosterman was arraigned on charges of simple assault and harassment in District Court. The victim was treated for a black eye and broken blood vessels. (Ali Stevens)
