WILLIAMSPORT – NorthcentralPA.com is reporting… Williamsport, Pa. — The wrongful death lawsuit for the child of Chad Reiner, former Northumberland County sheriff, was moved this week to the U.S. Middle District Court of Pennsylvania.
Reiner and his wife, Stephanie, originally filed the lawsuit in February at the Northumberland County Court of Common Pleas. In the complaint, the Reiners allege that county officials and the ambulance company made mistakes the day they were dispatched to their home in September 2022 that resulted in the death of their infant daughter, Paisley.
