SELINSGROVE—You can meet a former football star at an upcoming street fair happening in the Valley. Former Pittsburgh Steelers star linebacker, Andy Russell will be at the Selinsgrove Street Fair, Saturday September 23. Russell will be signing autographs, giving away photographs, mini footballs and tee-shirts from 10 am until 3 pm. First National Bank is sponsoring Russell’s appearance, and he will be located at their booth.
The Andy Russell Charitable Foundation is collaborating with PlayPower of Lewisburg to build an all inclusive Playground at East Snyder Park in Selinsgrove. The playground will specifically address the needs of individuals with autism, Down syndrome, hearing impairments, intellectual disabilities, and other life altering disabilities.
