NORTHUMBERLAND – A businesswoman and former borough councilwoman from Northumberland has died. 75-year-old Judith Groninger died Sunday at her home in Northumberland.
Groninger started Groninger insurance with her late husband James Groninger in 1969. The business continues to thrive under leadership from the Groninger’s two sons, Jon and James II. Judith also served as a borough councilwoman for several years in Northumberland. Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced for Judith Groninger. (Ali Stevens)
