TURBOTVILLE – A Fire gutted a home in the Turbotville area of upper Northumberland County Sunday. The home on Old State Road caught fire around 10:45 a.m. WNEP reports an overheated chimney was to blame for the fire. The family of five all made it out safely and there were no injuries at the scene.
Turbotville, Warrior Run, Milton and other volunteer fire companies responded.
