NEW COLUMBIA – Final work on a $2.8-million project on Route 15 will be completed next week. The project began last June on Route 15 between New Columbia and West Milton in Union County and included paving, guide rail installation, drainage improvements and bridge deck preservation work.
Next week, traffic will be restricted to a single lane through the work zone and there could be stoppages for brief periods. Work is expected to be finished on Friday of next week, weather permitting. (Ali Stevens)
