SUNBURY – A fatal pedestrian accident shut down Route 890 this morning, but the road has since reopened.. State police say Route 890 was closed in the area of Cherry Street in Rockefeller Township, outside Sunbury and reopened at 5:30 a.m.
The accident took place around 12:30 this morning. One person was struck and killed by a vehicle. State police are investigating. We will bring you more information as it becomes available. (Ali Stevens)
