SELINSGROVE – State police are investigating a retail theft incident and assault that took place at a department store near Selinsgrove on Thursday. Troopers say a woman and man in their early 20’s were spotted taking items from the store and when loss prevention employees tried to stop them, they were assaulted.
The woman suspect then struck a female employee in the face. The other suspect struck a male employee in the face multiple times. The two suspects then fled the store and drove away in a beige Ford Focus.
State police say the suspects are believed to be from the Sunbury area.(Ali Stevens)
