SUNBURY — Northumberland county voters will have many candidates to choose from in the upcoming primary race for county commissioner. Three Republicans and five Democrats have filed petitions with the county board of elections to appear on the May 19 primary ballot.
The Republican field includes Michael Millet, Sam Schiccatano, and incumbent Rick Shoch. Democrats will choose between Thomas Aber, Kymberly Best, Nathan Savidge, Myron Turlis, and George Zalar.
