DANVILLE — A dump truck has overturned on Route 54 near Interstate 80 outside Danville. The truck is blocking one lane at the intersection near McDonalds on Old Valley School Road. Heavy traffic was reported in the area around 12:30 p.m.
PennDOT says a short detour using local roads is in effect.
