WATSONTOWN – A teenage driver rear ended a school van along Eighth Street Drive outside of Watsontown Monday morning.
Police say that a Warrior Run school van was cresting the hill on Eighth Street Drive and began to slow down for traffic ahead of them.
The driver behind the school van hit the brakes, but said he was unable to stop fast enough, due to snow and ice covering the roadways, and ended up rear ending the school van.
Three passengers in the school van were transported to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville for assessment for minor inquires.
