LIBERTY TOWNSHIP MONTOUR COUNTY – A driver on Interstate 80 in the Valley was cited by Milton state police after pointing a gun at another driver.
Milton state police say they cited 36 year-old Geoffrey Nelson of Warren County for the incident occurring August 6 in Liberty Township, Montour County.
Troopers say Nelson pulled out a out and pointed the gun at another driver while he passed Nelson on the highway.
Troopers then conducted a traffic stop with Nelson in West Buffalo Township, Union County at mile marker 198.
Troopers say Nelson was cited for disorderly conduct, which was filed in district court.
