MONTOURSVILLE – A Northumberland County bridge deck project will detour drivers Friday. Kipps Run Road between Swamp Hollow Road and Trailer Park Road in Riverside Borough will be closed as PennDOT applies an epoxy overlay to the bridge. The work is expected to take one day to complete.
