Dalmatia man jailed on robbery charges

FEAT_ROBBERY_GENERIC1DALMATIA – A Dalmatia man is behind bars after robbing two men. State police say 22-year-old Brian Horne met the men July 14 to sell them video game consoles in exchange for $400. Horne gave them a box containing fake game consoles, shoved one of the men to the ground and stole the $400.

Horne fled the scene on foot, but was taken into custody by state police from Stonington. He was arraigned by district judge Ben Apfelbaum charged with felony robbery and other charges. Horne was sent to Snyder County prison on $80,000 bail.

According to court documents, Horne is now incarcerated at SCI Coal Township and is scheduled for plea court August 22.
