The Daily Item reports the driver of a vehicle that struck four vehicles in downtown Selinsgrove in June suffered a medical emergency. Police told the newspaper 28-year-old Keagan Meckley of Milton passed out due to a medical issue on June 8. He then struck three parked vehicles and struck another vehicle head-on traveling on Market Street. Meckley will be cited for driving while uninsured. The driver of the vehicle he struck head-on, 83-year-old Doris Holliday of McAlisterville, sustained serious injuries.
