Court Date for Milton Man who Buried Baby in his Backyard

The Daily Item reports a Milton man accused of burying the body of a 3-day-old baby in the backyard will have a court date on July 23.  The newspaper reports 29-year-old Donan Maradiaga is jailed and charged with criminal conspiracy in concealing the death of a child and abuse of a corpse.  The Daily Item reports Maradiaga buried the baby after a teenager in the home gave birth to the baby with no medical assistance.  The teen allegedly put the baby in a drawer after the baby had trouble breathing when it was born. Maradiaga then buried the child after discovering it had died.
