SUNBURY – Feuding Northumberland County commissioners will meet face-to-face in court next month. In a court filing Wednesday, commissioners Rick Shoch and Sam Schiccatano summoned Vinny Clausi and Stephen Bridy to appear at a hearing next month.
Shoch and Schiccatano filed suit last year against Clausi, Bridy and Northumberland County alleging the salary decrease approved by the former board was illegal. Testimony and arguments in the case are to be heard by Centre County Senior Judge David Grine February 2.
