LEWISBURG – More than a dozen candidates for county commissioner in Union, Snyder and Northumberland Counties plan to attend a public forum Monday evening. The Susquehanna Valley Conservatives are hosting the event at the Best Western Country Cupboard Inn in Lewisburg, Monday at 7 p.m.
Stan Zellers, president of the Susquehanna Valley Conservatives, said they were able to get all 17 candidates taking part in the general election, including all of the incumbents. The public is encouraged to attend to hear from the candidates. WKOK will have a reporter at the event and we will bring you more about the forum in newscasts on Tuesday morning. (Ali Stevens)
