DANVILLE – Two Mount Pleasant Mills residents injured in separate car crashes last month are improving. 27-year-old Christine Underhill was flown to Geisinger Medical Center after driving off Buckwheat Valley Road, striking a utility pole and rolling over on October 23. Underhill was in critical condition, but has now been upgraded to serious.
25-year-old Jared Brandt was driving on Fort Titzell Road in Kelly Township, Union County October 23 when he travelled into the path of an oncoming car on Colonel John Kelly Road. Brandt was taken to Geisinger by Life Flight and was listed in critical condition. His condition has been upgraded to fair as of Monday afternoon.
