LEWIS TOWNSHIP – Fire crews were called to a blaze in Lewis Township, Northumberland County early Wednesday morning. The fire broke out at a building on Showers Road near Turbotville. Multiple explosions were reported by crews on the scene.
Warrior Run Fire Department was assisted by units from Milton, White Deer, Pottsgrove, Lycoming and Montour Counties. Crews remained on the scene for three hours. No word yet on a cause of that fire. We will bring you updates as they become available.
