Brush fire on Ridge Road in Point Township

POINT TOWNSHIP — Firefighters from three area counties have been called to the scene of a brush fire in Point Township.  The fire was reported just before noon and tanker trucks from  Northumberland, Snyder and Montour Counties have been called in to help put out the fire.  Smoke is visible for miles.  We will update you on this story when more information is available.  (Ali Stevens)
