SUNBURY – A change in the legal help for a businessman facing criminal charges. Brian Bolus, a Northumberland County businessman charged with environmental violations, was in court Monday. The owner of Minuteman Environmental Services in Milton, appeared before Northumberland County Judge Charles Saylor.
Bolus was represented by his new attorney, Philip Lauer. Brian Bolus’ former attorney was Joshua Lock. Lauer explained at the hearing he will be representing Bolus solely and attorney Reilly is still the lawyer for the Minuteman companies. Brian Bolus is accused of illegal dumping and burying of solid waste from natural-gas drilling operations.
