Pres. Biden Administration Gives PA $400M in Grant Money

WASHINGTON – AP is reporting…  Pennsylvania will receive nearly $400 million as the Biden administration distributes climate cleanup grants. Nationally, the EPA is awarding $4.3 billion to fund projects in 30 states to reduce climate pollution.

$396 million is to reduce Pennsylvania’s greenhouse gas emissions from cement, asphalt and other companies.  The funding, they say, is to accelerate the expansion of clean energy such as wind and solar power, thus speeding the nation’s transition away from the oil, coal and natural gas that largely cause climate change.
