NORTHUMBERLAND – The threat of rain and thunderstorms has cancelled the Northumberland Borough Halloween Parade that was scheduled for Wednesday. The parade will not be rescheduled.
The food drive is still going on and donations of canned food and gently worn winter clothes can still be dropped off at Groninger Insurance or the Northumberland Borough building. (Jennifer Wakeman)
