MIDDLEBURG — Several staff members were assaulted and one hospitalized at an incident at one of the Beacon Light facilities in McClure Borough on January 4.
Christopher Barholomew and Tyler Bixby became involved in a physical altercation with each other, but when staff members intervened, they both assaulted the staff members rendering one unresponsive.
The staff member was sent to the hospital. 18-year old Barholomew, and 20-year-old Bixby are being charged with two counts of aggravated assault, four counts of harassment and disorderly conduct and are currently being held at Snyder County Prison on $25,000 bail.
