SELINSGROVE – A former Selinsgrove businessman is no longer the subject of a bench warrant. The Snyder County Sheriff’s office tells WKOK, an order was signed by county court to vacate an arrest warrant against Nathan Fisher, owner of the now closed Vivace Music Center.
The sheriff’s office says the order was filed on Fisher’s behalf in order to vacate the warrant. Fisher is now free but will be summoned to appear in a pre-trial conference. The Sheriff’s office says that won’t take place until at least the beginning of April.
Fisher was charged last fall with four counts each of identity theft, forgery and deceptive business practices. Fisher allegedly made more than $40,000 in purchases using credit cards fraudulently obtained using a part-time employee’s identity. He has a history of identity theft and bad check charges, in other counties.
