ELYSBURG — An animal rescue happen this morning in Ralpho Township, Northumberland County. Northumberland County Communications tells WKOK a horse was pull from a ditch just before 4:30 Thursday morning.
The horse was found near the intersection of Reading Turnpike and Clark Road in Paxinos. There are no known injuries to the animal and the owner of the horse is unknown at this time.
