MILTON – Police have arrested an accused rapist thanks to some residents who called Milton police. Police received a call that a man was soliciting on behalf of Erie Construction, in the 200 block of Park Avenue in Milton, on Friday afternoon.
The man was identified as Brandon Anthony Warrington of Lebanon, PA. He did not have a solicitation permit and after an investigation, it was learned he was wanted for rape of a child and aggravated indecent assault among other charges.
Warrington was arrested and sent to Snyder County Prison on $50,000 bail. Police say without phone calls from neighbors regarding Warrington, he would still be at large. (Ali Stevens)
