NORTHUMBERLAND – An accident in Northumberland is causing more traffic headaches. Northumberland County Communications tells WKOKthe accident occurred on Water Street near its intersection with Queen Street, involving two vehicles. No injuries have been reported. Traffic on Route 11 north is being re-routed around the scene. Allow yourself extra time if traveling through that portion of the area this evening.
