UDPATE: Route 11 reopened to traffic at 8:45 a.m.
An accident is reported on Route 11 in Mahoning Township and both directions are closed. A jackknifed tractor trailer is blocking traffic at the Danville Boat Club. Heavy delays are anticipated. (Ali Stevens)
